The blue/red alternating letter colors hints at the band’s co-ed lineup.
A hypothesis: sans-serif is more punkrock / DIY than serif?
Can you start both serif and sans serif tags so we can test this theory
I imagine the sample size includes only records in the above categories, so we'll probably have to throw out the results when we're through. Which will make the study itself more punkrock.

i think avec serif is more punkitated. sans is kind of like...krauty.
